For Schools & Recruiters

Job Postings

All job postings must represent legitimate employment opportunities. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates local labor laws or our community guidelines.

Hiring Fees

Schools agree to pay any applicable platform fees or success fees as outlined in their specific subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

For Teachers

As a candidate on the platform, you agree that all information provided in your resume and profile is truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
Posting false job listings or applying with fake credentials.
Attempting to interfere with the system integrity or security.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEACHER PORTAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
